Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service using our provided demo equipment and tablets
- Meet/exceed sales targets through product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Utilize company-provided inventory management tools for stock tracking
- Train on new products using our specialized equipment kits
- Maintain organized sales floor with provided merchandising tools
- Collaborate with team using shared digital resources and tablets
- Participate in monthly training sessions with provided materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with equipment handling
- Proficiency with provided tech tools (tablets, POS systems)
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (if applicable)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Background check and equipment training required
