- Utilize provided equipment (tablets, demo units, POS systems) to showcase products and process sales
- Build client relationships through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
- Meet/exceed sales targets using provided technology tools for inventory and analytics
- Train on and maintain provided equipment according to company standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize sales strategies using shared equipment resources
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences with provided demo kits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly master provided equipment
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Goal-driven with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Valid Texas driver's license (equipment may require transport)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for provided equipment
