Responsibilities
- Utilize provided tablets and demo equipment to showcase products and process sales transactions
- Deliver personalized customer consultations using digital inventory systems
- Operate company-issued point-of-sale terminals and mobile payment devices
- Maintain product displays using provided merchandising tools and uniforms
- Track inventory and sales data through our proprietary CRM platform
- Collaborate with team using company-provided communication devices
- Participate in product training sessions with supplied demo units
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with technology (provided tablets, POS systems)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail with provided equipment
