Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service using company-provided tablets and POS systems
- Operate demo equipment to showcase product features and benefits
- Meet sales targets using provided inventory management tools
- Train on new equipment during quarterly technology updates
- Process transactions using company-issued mobile payment devices
- Collaborate with team using provided communication tools
- Maintain product knowledge via company-provided training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with equipment operation
- Proficiency with tablets and POS systems (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid NJ driver's license for equipment transport if needed
- Pass background check and equipment handling certification
