- Drive sales through product demonstrations and expert knowledge sharing
- Operate point-of-sale systems with inventory management tools
- Execute visual merchandising displays using provided fixtures
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment launches
- Meet/exceed sales targets using provided CRM tools
- Maintain store appearance with provided cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with equipment handling
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport training)
- Proficiency with digital tools (provided tablets for inventory)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (company-provided lifting gear available)

- Availability for weekends and holidays (equipment provided for extended shifts)
