Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate outdoor equipment to customers using provided demo kits
- Build client relationships through personalized product recommendations
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets with company-provided inventory systems
- Operate point-of-sale terminals and manage inventory using company devices
- Participate in seasonal promotions with branded marketing materials
- Train on new equipment using company-provided training modules
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with tablet-based POS systems (training provided)
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles for demos available)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with company-provided ergonomic equipment
- Strong communication skills with product knowledge aptitude
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
