Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and research
- Develop customized sales presentations demonstrating ROI for enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasting using Salesforce
- Collaborate with product teams to refine value propositions based on client feedback
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly virtual team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (provide metrics)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strong negotiation skills with contract management experience
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Authorized to work in the United States
