Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate premium fitness equipment to high-value clients
- Build lasting customer relationships through consultative sales approaches
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Utilize provided demo tools and equipment for compelling product showcases
- Collaborate with team to develop creative sales strategies and promotions
- Track sales performance and inventory using our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in equipment/fitness retail
- Strong presentation skills with ability to demonstrate complex products
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with client-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for fitness/wellness industry trends and innovations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
