Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while showcasing premium outdoor equipment
- Meet/exceed sales targets through personalized product recommendations
- Utilize provided demo gear to demonstrate product features and benefits
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management protocols
- Participate in ongoing product training for new equipment launches
- Contribute to team sales goals through collaborative upselling
- Maintain pristine product displays and equipment demonstration areas
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or outdoor industry experience
- Passion for outdoor recreation and equipment knowledge
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work weekends/holidays in high-traffic retail environment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport if needed)
- Basic inventory management proficiency
- Physical ability to handle outdoor equipment (25-50 lbs)
- Must pass background check and equipment training certification
