Responsibilities
- Utilize company-provided tablets and demo equipment to demonstrate product features and benefits
- Build relationships with customers through consultative selling and needs-based solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools and analytics
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system with all equipment supplied
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales floor operations and inventory
- Participate in product training sessions to master equipment demonstrations
- Maintain pristine product presentation using provided merchandising tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to operate sales technology (tablets, POS systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (some field sales may be required)
- Proficiency in using provided equipment with minimal training
- Goal-oriented mindset with track record of meeting sales targets
