Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to keep the store looking its best.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold a safe and organized environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
