Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining store security protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling advice
- Collaborate with team to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Participate in product knowledge training to effectively communicate features/benefits
- Contribute to achieving store KPIs including conversion rates and average transaction value
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a commission-based environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
