Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an immersive shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized stockrooms and display areas
- Participate in product knowledge sessions to stay current on new collections
- Contribute to inventory management through regular stock checks and replenishment
- Uphold brand standards and store cleanliness policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (for occasional store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
