Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and sales consultations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management, floor coverage, and seasonal promotions
- Participate in ongoing product training and brand education initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Strong product knowledge and keen fashion/retail sense
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
