Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer experiences through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Exceed sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities and building client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inspiring shopping environment
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on seasonal launches and local events
- Train on new product lines and retail technologies
- Contribute to store operational excellence through daily maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Expertise in POS systems and inventory management
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Portfolio of styling or merchandelling work preferred
- High school diploma with college coursework in business/marketing a plus
