Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product training and stay updated on new arrivals
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with cash handling accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
