Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Meet/exceed daily sales targets while maintaining premium store standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit operations
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling displays
- Collaborate with team to maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on fashion trends
- Support loss prevention protocols to protect store assets
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS, inventory systems)
- Valid Arizona driver's license for potential store transfers
