- Deliver personalized client consultations and product demonstrations

- Build and maintain a loyal client book through proactive outreach
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to maintain boutique presentation
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Contribute to team sales targets through collaborative floor coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge aptitude with ability to master complex inventories
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM platforms
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
