Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems

- Execute inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Participate in team training to enhance product knowledge

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for store transfers)
