Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed daily/monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide KPIs and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
