Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Meet/exceed sales targets by utilizing upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Represent brand values through professional appearance and community engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and point-of-sale system experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous luxury retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
