Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and relationship building
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Contribute to inventory management through receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Participate in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless customer journey
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
