Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate inventory records

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
