Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, style recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized, clean, and inviting store environments
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Stay current on product trends and seasonal promotions to drive sales
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record in meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, home goods, or specialty retail categories
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software applications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
