Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Drive sales growth by proactively engaging customers, identifying needs, and closing transactions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting, organized sales floor
- Process POS transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Conduct inventory management including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Participate in product knowledge training to become a brand ambassador
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Physical stamina required for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and moving merchandise
