Responsibilities

- Upsell products and cross-sell to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-8 hours).
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
