Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding daily targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Memphis area residency strongly preferred
