Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while building client relationships
- Master product knowledge to provide expert recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Contribute to store-wide sales initiatives and promotions
Qualifications
