Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Consistently achieve/exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling
- Manage inventory operations and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members on cross-functional sales initiatives
- Participate in seasonal promotional campaigns and product launches
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer preferences and purchase history
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn technical specifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital sales tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (required for store transfers)
- Associate degree in Business or related field preferred
