Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide KPIs including conversion rates and average transaction values
- Participate in inventory management and store operations as needed
- Stay current on product knowledge through regular training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, accessories, or home goods
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
