Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and strategic product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Collaborate with team to maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Contribute to store cleanliness and exceptional shopping environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization required
- High school diploma or equivalent
