Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (for store errands)
