Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management

- Participate in store promotions and events to maximize foot traffic
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
