Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping experiences
- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets through upselling, cross-selling, and building customer loyalty
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and inventory management
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and peak customer flow
- Participate in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales performance
