Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Restock inventory and maintain product displays to ensure stock levels are sufficient.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
