Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash register accountability
- Stock inventory, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on inventory
- Assist in store operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
