Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product demonstrations and solutions-based selling
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Operate POS systems efficiently and manage cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain deep category expertise
- Actively identify and implement upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong product knowledge and quick learning ability
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
