Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through product knowledge, upselling techniques, and personalized customer consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Merchandise displays and maintain store cleanliness to brand standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental KPIs and sales goals
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
