Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and relationship building
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional execution
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Visual merchandising including floor sets, window displays, and seasonal updates
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on new collections
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
