Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through digital channels (email, social media, virtual events)
- Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships via CRM and video conferencing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with remote coaching support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Document all sales activities and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- 2+ years of remote or inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport virtually
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing platforms
