Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service during night hours, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer issues and provide accurate, effective solutions using provided resources.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to escalate complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
