Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content calendars across platforms
- Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM databases
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Assist in creating SEO-optimized blog posts and website copy
- Coordinate with graphic designers for promotional materials
- Track and report on KPIs using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Support PPC campaign management and optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or assistant roles
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Canva
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and time management abilities
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
