Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through digital and in-person banking support
- Balance cash drawers and maintain meticulous financial records
- Resolve customer inquiries using remote communication tools and branch resources
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking products and systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in hybrid environment
- Pass background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality a plus)
- Must reside within 50 miles of Fort Worth for occasional in-person duties
