Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to enhance their banking experience.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, explain products, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports with precision.
- Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance for both retail and business clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation and lobby area.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Valid driver’s license and background check clearance.
