Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Train on digital banking tools and assist customers with mobile/online banking
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Support branch operations as assigned by senior tellers and managers
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop financial expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- 0-1 years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and banking software
- Must pass background check and credit check
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
