Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via secure remote channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Train remotely using our digital learning platform before on-site branch rotation
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency with digital tools and remote work platforms
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Must reside within 50 miles of Mesa, AZ for on-site requirements
