Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person and virtual channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Utilize digital banking platforms to assist remote clients
- Participate in virtual training modules and skill development sessions
- Contribute to branch revenue goals and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
