- Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to discuss our service offerings.
- Needs Analysis: Consult with clients to identify their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Training Execution: Complete our structured training modules to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and leads in our customer relationship management system.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to share progress and strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in a Remote environment with a stable internet connection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- No prior sales experience is necessary; we provide Paid Training.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
