Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid systems for 2026-scale deployments
- Lead architecture of quantum-resistant cryptographic infrastructure across global networks
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing protocols for industrial-scale applications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (quantum physicists, cryptographers, cloud engineers)
- Establish security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic transitions
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Create migration strategies for classical systems to quantum-secure environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in high-performance infrastructure architecture with quantum exposure
- Expertise in NISQ-era quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep knowledge of lattice-based cryptography and quantum-resistant algorithms
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum security
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
