Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $50M+ R&D funding from government and private sources
- Establish industry standards for quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum supremacy projects
- Patent breakthrough quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design
- Experience securing DoE/NSF grants
